Returns
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not pay for return shipping.
We will accept returns for items in their original unused condition, with all tags attached, and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned item.
Refunds will be credited back to credit cards 30 days after goos are received and inspected.
***TAG THAT READS: "Item cannot be exchanged or returned if this tag is removed" MUST BE ATTACHED TO RETURNED ITEM OR A REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED"
All Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
Upon receipt of returned goods, shopoliviaharris.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges within the Continental United States is not free and not provided. Shipping will be charged for Alaska, Hawaii and all International returns and exchanges based on the weight and origin of shipment.

Once you receive the form. Please complete the form in full and send it back to us. You may email the form to info@byjoygryson.com or fax it to 212.202.5230
Please pack the item securely into a box, including a copy of your packing list and the Return/Exchange (RE) form. Please print clearly the issued Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the box.
